what is a Blue Zone?
Explorer and Author Dan Buettner identified multiple regions  ​where people live significantly longer and healthier lives compared to the global average. The five original blue zones are Okinawa, Japan, Sardinia, Italy, Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica, Ikaria, Greece, and Loma Linda, California, USA. People of these ​Blue Zone Communities have reported feeling happier, healthier, and overall ​peace. What we put into our body and how we take care of it plays a major role in our life, ​Therefor the Blue Zone method is something everyone should be embracing!

Blue Zone Vibes is a Health & Wholeness group based in Palm Coast, Florida, and we have created this website. This group started by founder Yvette Leslie, has grown sizeably over the past years. Our goal is to turn Flagler County into a Blue Zone community. We are dedicated to providing everyone with the knowledge and resources on how to live a healthy lifestyle. We derive much of our material from The Blue Zone Project and Dan Buettner. If we all come together as a community, we can commit to building each other up in health, connection, and living a happy lifestyle. We encourage you to join us and join the mission!
